Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the data that SlinkDash, the profit dashboard by Slink Digital, stores about you and the services you have connected — including data obtained via Meta (Facebook), Google and Shopify. To understand what data we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

1. What data we store

Depending on the integrations you have connected, SlinkDash stores:

  • Account — your login email address;
  • Meta Ads — the names and identifiers of your ad accounts, campaign spend, performance metrics, and the OAuth access token;
  • Google Ads — account (customer) names and IDs, campaign cost, performance metrics, and the OAuth access token;
  • Shopify and suppliers — orders, totals, line items, fees and product costs from your connected stores.

2. Disconnect an integration (revoke access)

You can revoke SlinkDash's access at any time:

  • Inside SlinkDash — go to app.slinkdash.com → Settings → Integrations and disconnect the service. We stop syncing new data immediately and the stored credentials (OAuth tokens) are deleted;
  • Meta (Facebook) — you can also remove SlinkDash under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites in your Facebook account. This revokes the app's access to your Meta data;
  • Google — revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Disconnecting stops collection and deletes the credentials, but historical data already synced (for example, daily campaign spend) remains in your dashboard so your profit history stays accurate. To delete that too, submit a deletion request as described below.

3. Request deletion of your data

To request deletion of all data associated with you — including all data obtained from Meta, Google and Shopify — send an email to:

In your message, include:

  • The email address you use to log in to SlinkDash;
  • What should be deleted: all of your data (full account) or only the data from a specific integration (for example, only Meta Ads data).

Upon receiving your request, we will:

  • Confirm receipt by email;
  • Permanently delete the requested data from our production systems within 30 days;
  • Send you an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

4. What gets deleted

A full deletion request permanently removes:

  • Your account and the associated email address;
  • All OAuth tokens and integration credentials;
  • All data synced from connected services (orders, costs, ad spend, metrics);
  • Notification preferences and push subscriptions.

Minimal technical records (request logs) expire automatically on short retention cycles. We may retain information only if and for as long as required by law.
